either online or in a face-to-face class.


Online 8-Hour Food Protection Manager Certification Course –  $100.00 (Available in English and Spanish)

After buying the course you  will receive via email information on how to access the course.  When you complete the online course you will need to take an ANSI and Illinois approved certification exam, which requires a certified proctor be physically present.  Call or text me at 618-977-7787 when you have completed the course and we can come up with a mutually agreeable location for testing.   NO REFUNDS.


Note:  You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase the course (I use PayPal to accept payment with either Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

The ANSI-approved ServSafe Exam is offered online in English, Spanish and Chinese and in paper form in English, Spanish/English, Korean/English, Chinese/English, French Canadian/English, Japanese/English, and Large Print.  Please note that I must have 3 weeks notice before your test date if you want a paper exam.

I also offer the ANSI-approved AlwaysFood Safe online exam in English.

My fee for providing the exam and proctoring services is $50




The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) requires that one manager in each restaurant or food service facility is certified as a Food Protection Manager and on duty when food is being prepared. You can earn this certificate by attending one of Carol’s 8-hour classes and then successfully passing an ANSI-approved exam.



No face-to-face classes are scheduled at this time. If you’d like to schedule a class, call Carol and she’ll put a custom class together at your location. Minimum of 4 students for a custom face-to-face class.
